The Oyster Bay Property Association is a non-profit corporation designed to protect the beauty and integrity of Oyster Bay Harbour. The OBPOA consist of a governing board and several committes devoted to preserving the natural landscape of the community while simultaneously maintaining fiscal soundness and promoting an active social atmosphere.
The Architectural Review Board reviews home plans monthly in an effort to blend the coastal casual lifestyle with the abundant moss draped tree canopies. The OBPOA fees are $100 per month paid on a quarterly basis. The OBPOA is managed by Amelia Island Management.
