Guest Speaker & Genealogy Expert Marie Santry has been researching her family history for twenty years, concentrating her research stateside in Florida, Ohio, Illinois, Kansas, South Carolina, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, and overseas in Ireland, Scotland, Portugal, Menorca (Spain), and Bohemia.
She is Past-President of the Amelia Island Genealogical Society, 1st Vice-Regent of Amelia Island NSDAR, and a member of numerous genealogical and historical societies. She has presented programs for the Duncan Lamont Clinch Historical Society, Amelia Island Museum of History, and for genealogical societies in Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida.
She is also one of the instructors for the Amelia Island Genealogical Society Beginner’s Course offered annually.
