Sandy Davidson has been a sales leader in the Resort and Real Estate Industry for over 15 years. A native of New England, he moved down South in 1992 and loves the quality of life, great climate, and laid-back lifestyle offered on the Coast.Sandy has worked for many outstanding resort communities including Sanctuary Cove, Coopers Point, and Woodside Plantation. He is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and has a beautiful wife Gena, and a 5 year old son, Koa.
Sandy fell in love with Oyster Bay Harbour and Yacht Club the first time he ever set foot on the property. “The natural beauty, proximity to Amelia Island, sense of community, and relaxed “Margaritaville” atmosphere makes this one of the most unique properties on the Eastern Seaboard”, was his comment.
