Oyster Bay Harbour Real Estate

Unit C of the new cottage and townhome division on the island at Oyster Bay HarbourOyster Bay Harbour is now offering a range of luxury cottage style townhomes and villas in the Islands at Oyster Bay.

Oyster Bay Harbour offers safe harbor to the gentle Roseate Spoonbills, Ospreys, Cranes and many more marine birds flocking from majestic live oaks to marshes and ponds.

All effort has been given to maintain the atmosphere of the entire peninsula in the style of the Southern Plantation it once was. When the area became a prime location for development in the early 1990s, the first neighborhood became Lanceford Creek, followed by the single home community of Waterway Oaks, which since then has attracted more than 150 beautiful single family homes on generous acreage.

Since the earlier years of this millennium, a state of the art deep water marina has been added as well as Yacht Club facilities, luxurious town-home villas and today we’re looking at a generous offering of quality real estate.
In the access area to the marina and yacht club facilities stretches the exclusive Islands at Oyster Bay, recently receiving its final infrastructural coating before construction starts.

The Yachtclub and Marina’s new neighbors are the luxurious, exclusive and very spacious Island Villas.
Our real estate offerings also include 76 Marina Slips from 40 to 65 ft Length-Over-All and a limited number of previously owned resales.

Check out what we have to offer:

Oyster Roast overlooking the Amelia River“Houses can form a neighborhood but only people make it a community”, is an old proverb. And when those houses are craftily planted into existing nature with a minimal of disturbance, a Community comes together much faster and stronger.

“Our trees probably cost $10,000 a piece,” says developer Marc Footlik as he points at the magnificent foliage that is Oyster Bay Harbour and Yacht Club across the Amelia River from Fernandina Beach. Trying to capture the old waterfront plantation in the marshes of North East Florida in words is simply impossible. The colors, the dancing tree shades, the scent of the water, the breeze off the ocean, the peacefulness of watching traffic crossing the bridge in the far distance, makes it at once clear that Oyster Bay Harbour and Yacht Club is much more than a widespread gated residential community or a fancy marina with exclusive club amenities.

Oyster Bay Harbour and Yacht Club is a lifestyle that needs to be experienced for its classic luxury and convenience. Our real estate offerings include beautiful lots, town homes, luxury yacht club villas and marina slips. Find one you like and join us.

Oyster Bay Harbour is so much more then just a “harbor”. It’s a lifestyle, it’s respect for nature, it’s socializing with your neighbors and friends on the streets, docks, the tiki hut or the Yacht Club. It’s riding your bike or walking your pet in an abundant natural environment where plantation lifestyle is still vibrant and omni-present.

Residents of Oyster Bay Harbour can stroll  or bicycle through miles of nature trails, absorbing the rich flora and fauna of this historic area. Birdwatchers will delight when they spot their first snowy egret or the osprey nest high at the top of a tree. Oyster Bay Harbour is home to migrating pink spoonbills every year that literally turn the trees pink and fill the sky with their magnificent color and glory. Amateur botanists will smile as they run their fingers along the silky leaves of the sea lavender. Dotted with live oaks, the trails wind throughout the community and put you in the direct embrace of original, pristine Florida and offer stunning reminders of why you ‘escaped’ to Oyster Bay Harbour.
